About me
A Bit about me...
I have been a a counsellor for over thirty years and for six years I worked within an organisation which gave advice and help to people whose lives are affected by alcohol. I have seen hundreds of people who have alcohol problems.
This website contains the information they have shared about how they overcame their addiction to alcohol. It focuses on actions you can take to change your life, rather than theories of addiction. Lots of people completely change their lives and their ways of thinking, you can too.
I sincerely hope that this site has helped even in the smallest of ways..
